My purpose in life is to help others to learn how to help themselves. I have always wanted to help people but in a different way, a positive way.
This is why I was attracted to life coaching from the onset. It is the most beautiful and amazing, eye opening and life changing journey that I have personally endeavoured myself.
Through life coaching my reward is to be able to help others achieve their purpose and dreams. My reward is to support people in self-growth, to use the Law of Attraction to create the life you have always dreamt of, to find self-love and self-respect. To live a life of meaning and purpose daily. This is a personal journey that you commit to that is life changing.
In my 12 years’ experience within senior management in the corporate world coupled with managing so many different kinds of people, all from different levels and walks of life, I always saw more in people than what they saw in themselves. I wanted to grow people to their full potential.
I have a degree in Human Resource Management, complimented by various other qualifications, with the majority of my experience within the health care industry. I decided to take the path of further self-development and growth and committed to the journey to become a life coach.
Finally I have reached my dreams and life purpose by being a life coach. Today I have the tools to help people improve and change their lives for the better. I am a qualified Life Coach, certified by New Insights. I am also a member of COMENSA, the regulating body of Life Coaches in SA.
In addition to this, I am a NABFAM certified and accredited Family and Divorce Mediator.
Like most people, I have personally also been through challenging times in my career and personal life, and challenges continue to face us all on a daily basis. Hence life coaching is such a rewarding process to go through in life for any person regardless who you are, where you are, what you have been through and what your challenges are. May it be in your personal, professional or spiritual area of your life, life coaching will benefit every and any person to improve their quality of life.
